A YEAR IN REVIEW
As I reflect on the year 2023-2024, I am immensely proud of the progress ISCI Foundation has made in healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, livelihood generation, and humanitarian aid. This year, our initiatives have positively impacted countless lives and strengthened communities for a more sustainable future.
In healthcare, our menstrual hygiene program enabled thousands of girls to attend school uninterrupted by providing accessible sanitary napkins. Our anaemia eradication and eye screening programs delivered critical health services to women and students, promoting early diagnosis and better well-being.
Our reforestation efforts saw lakhs of seed balls dispersed and hundreds of trees planted with ongoing care. We also solarized schools, helping them transition to clean energy, reduce their carbon footprint and helping the students get uninterrupted education.
In education, the STEM Labs Initiative and Mobile STEM Lab Program empowered students with hands-on learning, while our distribution of books and stationery supported underprivileged children in continuing their education.
We also mobilized women to form Self-Help Groups (SHGs), providing them with livelihood opportunities and financial independence through various projects, boosting local economies and empowering these women to lead change in their communities.
Through our Bridging the Gap Program, we distributed meals, clothing, and slippers to vulnerable populations, providing much-needed relief and support.
None of this would have been possible without the unwavering dedication of our volunteers and team members, and I am deeply grateful for the trust of our donors and the cooperation of our stakeholders. Together, we have made a lasting, sustainable impact.
As we move forward, we remain committed to the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDGs 1,2,3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 11, 13, 15 and 17, ensuring that our work continues to promote sustainability and equality.
